The White Spirit 2015:

Our white wines are aged by us with particular attention:they are barreled directly after pressing, allowing them to carry out their alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels.

Aged 12 months in oak barrels, floral wine

Grapes: Viognier, Clairette, Roussane

Opinion of the oenologist:Véronique David

• Beautiful shiny and limpid robe with golden reflections.

• Refined and delicate nose opening up with notes of yellow fruit (peach), vine flower and apricot, mixed with a hint of spice (cardamon and white pepper).

• On the palate, round wine in attack, volume and freshness. The notes of fruit and toast are sustained.

• The finish on a touch of citrus is pleasant and gives it a pleasant tension.

Aging: 8 years

Serving temperature: 10-11°
