The Red Spirit 2015

Our vintageMind is a red wine from a striking blend, developing notes of citrus and melted wood. Grenache calls for intense color, while Syrah opens our taste buds to deep notes of sour cherries, while bringing that fat in the glass. Good tasting !

Aged 36 months in oak barrels

Grape: Grenache 60%, Syrah 30%, Cinsault 10%.

  • Beautiful brilliant robe, limpid ruby with tiled reflections.

  • Frank and delicate nose notes of: morello cherry, vanilla, nutmeg.

  • On the palate, round wine on the attack, ample.

  • Notes of prune, brioche, dark chocolate, gingerbread, a hint of empyreumatic.

  • The slightly truffled finish is prolonged by melted and elegant tannins.
