Our Oenologist: Véronique David

Nationally renowned oenologist, Véronique David first studied Science and Biology in Dijon, her hometown. During her studies, she discovered then became more interested in the profession of oenologist, with which she ended up falling in love. She passed her National Diploma in Oenology ( DNO ) at the FAC de Pharmacie de Montpellier, in 1986.

After her studies, Véronique David worked for 15 years with a private oenology laboratory where she worked as a consultant oenologist, technical and quality manager.

Today, Véronique David is a member of the Union of Oenologists of France. She works as a liberal profession. Its consulting firm has developed in the four departments of the southern Côtes-du-Rhône appellation: Gard, Drôme, Vaucluse, Ardèche. She advises around fifty estates as well as a cooperative cellar, winning around 80 medals per year, proof of serious and meticulous work.

Her son Florent, meanwhile, has obtained a bachelor's degree in chemistry, then a diploma in oenology in the FAC of Pharmacy in Montpellier. Today they work together.

Our oenologist is known and recognized in her profession. Since the start of her career, Véronique David has always worked in the Rhône Valley, which has enabled her to acquire great experience on this appellation.

Finally, she is a very dynamic woman who continues to evolve through continuous training. Her skills allow you to master the most technical aspects of wine and to showcase your knowledge of the vineyard, wine, winemaking ...
