Blanc 2022:

Our 2022 white is crafted by us with the utmost care: after temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is aged on the lees for 9 months, giving it lightness and freshness. 

Aged 12 months in stainless steel tanks, Floral wine 

Grape variety : Viognier (90%), Roussanne (10%).       Cellaring potential : 8 years

Serving temperature : 10-12°

Esprit Blanc 2023 

Our 2023 white is crafted by us with the utmost care: after temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is transferred directly into acacia barrels, then aged on the lees for 15 months.

Aged 15 months in acacia barrels, Floral and complex wine

Grape variety : Viognier (99%), Roussanne (1%).       Cellaring potential : 5 years

Serving temperature : 10-12°

The oenologist’s opinion : Véronique David

• Beautiful bright, clear colour with golden highlights. 

• Refined and delicate nose opening with notes of yellow fruit (peach), vine blossom and apricot, blended with a hint of spice (cardamom and white pepper).

• On the palate, the wine is round on entry, with body and freshness. Notes of fruit and toasted bread are pronounced.

• The finish, with a hint of citrus, is pleasing and gives it a lovely tension.
