L'Esprit Blanc 2021:

Our 2021 white is raised by us with particular attention: after a temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it will be directly transferred into oak and acacia barrels, then aged on lees for 9 months.

Composition

Aged 12 months in oak and acacia barrels, Floral and complex wine

Cépage : Viognier (90%), Roussanne (10%).       Garde : 8 years

Service temperature: 10-12°

  • Beautiful shiny and clear dress with golden reflections. 

  • Refined and delicate nose opening with notes of yellow fruits (peach), grape flower and apricot, mixed with a spicy hint (cardamom and white pepper).

  • In the mouth, round wine on the attack, volume and freshness. The notes of fruit and toasted bread are supported.

  • The finish with a hint of citrus is pleasant and gives it a nice tension.
