White 2022

The White Spirit 2022:

Our 2022 white is aged by us with particular attention:after thermo-regulated fermentation in stainless steel vats, it will be aged on lees for 9 months, thus giving it fat and freshness.

Aged 12 months in stainless steel vats, floral wine

Grape variety: Viognier (90%), Roussanne (10%). Guard: 8 years

Operating temperature: 10-12°

Opinion of the oenologist:Véronique David

• Beautiful shiny and limpid robe with pale gold reflections.

• The very elegant nose opens with notes of white fruits (pear) with touches of vanilla, spices (turmeric, cumin), beeswax.

• On the palate, the round attack lingers on with notes of brioche and pineapple.

• The finish is pleasant, all in subtlety on an empyreumatic hint and dried fruits.
