L’Esprit Blanc 2023:

Our 2023 white wine is crafted by us with great care: after temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, it is then directly barreled into oak and acacia casks, then aged on the lees for 15 months.

Aged 15 months in oak and acacia cask, Floral and complex wine

Grape variety : Viognier (100%). Cellaring : 8 years

Serving temperature : 10-12°

Beautiful bright, clear color with golden highlights.
Refined and delicate nose opening on notes of yellow fruits (peach), vine flower and apricot, with a hint of spice (cardamom and white pepper).
On the palate, the wine is round on the attack, with volume and freshness. The notes of fruit and toasted bread are sustained.
The finish, with a hint of citrus, is pleasant and gives it an appealing tension.
