The White Spirit 2021:

Our 2021 white is aged by us with special attention:after thermo-regulated fermentation in stainless steel vats, it will be directly into oak and acacia barrels, then aged on lees for 9 months.

Aged 12 months in oak and acacia barrels, floral and complex wine

Grape variety: Viognier (90%), Roussanne (10%). Guard: 8 years

Operating temperature: 10-12°

• Beautiful shiny and limpid robe with golden reflections.

• Refined and delicate nose opening up with notes of yellow fruit (peach), vine flower and apricot, mixed with a hint of spice (cardamon and white pepper).

• On the palate, round wine in attack, volume and freshness. The notes of fruit and toast are sustained.

• The finish on a hint of citrus is pleasant and gives it a pleasant tension.
